Refund & Return Policy

Once your order has been completed and the files have been delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If you experience technical issues (e.g., cannot open or download the file, or receive a corrupted file), please contact us at info@keydesktax.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Refund Eligibility

• We are unable to resolve the issue or provide a working replacement file.
